By installing or using Cinematic Recorder you agree to these terms.
1. Using the app
You may use the app to record, edit and share videos for personal or business purposes. You are responsible for what you record and share.
2. What you must not do
- Record content you don't have the right to record, such as copyrighted streams, private calls or other people's private information without consent
- Use the app to break the law or harm others
- Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app
3. Your content
Your recordings belong to you. We don't claim any rights to them, and they stay on your device.
4. Premium
- Free plan: recordings up to 720p (30fps) and up to 20 minutes each, with no watermark, for personal, non-commercial use only. Using videos made on the free plan for business, client work, advertising or paid content requires Premium or Lifetime.
- Premium and Lifetime allow commercial use of the videos you make.
- Monthly, 6-month and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
- 3-year and Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and do not renew.
- Prices are shown in the app before you pay and may change for new purchases.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
- Lifetime includes a monthly AI allowance, shown in the app.
5. AI features
AI features use the provider and key you choose. That provider's own terms and fees apply. AI results can be wrong; check edits before you publish.
6. Availability
We work to keep the app running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change over time.
7. Accounts
We may block an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app or the Delete account page.
8. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or indirect damages. Keep backups of important recordings.
9. Contact
সিনেমাটিক রেকর্ডার ইনস্টল বা ব্যবহার করলে আপনি এই শর্তগুলোতে রাজি হচ্ছেন।
১. অ্যাপ ব্যবহার
ব্যক্তিগত বা ব্যবসার কাজে ভিডিও রেকর্ড, এডিট আর শেয়ার করতে অ্যাপটা ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। আপনি যা রেকর্ড ও শেয়ার করবেন, তার দায় আপনার।
২. যা করা যাবে না
- যা রেকর্ড করার অধিকার আপনার নেই — যেমন কপিরাইটযুক্ত স্ট্রিম, ব্যক্তিগত কল, বা অনুমতি ছাড়া অন্যের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য — তা রেকর্ড করা
- আইন ভাঙতে বা অন্যের ক্ষতি করতে অ্যাপ ব্যবহার
- অ্যাপ কপি, পুনরায় বিক্রি বা রিভার্স-ইঞ্জিনিয়ার করা
৩. আপনার কনটেন্ট
আপনার রেকর্ডিং আপনারই। আমরা এর ওপর কোনো অধিকার দাবি করি না, আর এগুলো আপনার ডিভাইসেই থাকে।
৪. প্রিমিয়াম
- ফ্রি প্ল্যান: ৭২০p (৩০fps) পর্যন্ত আর প্রতিটা ২০ মিনিট পর্যন্ত রেকর্ডিং, কোনো ওয়াটারমার্ক নেই, শুধু ব্যক্তিগত, অবাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহারের জন্য। ফ্রি প্ল্যানে বানানো ভিডিও ব্যবসা, ক্লায়েন্টের কাজ, বিজ্ঞাপন বা পেইড কনটেন্টে ব্যবহার করতে প্রিমিয়াম বা লাইফটাইম লাগবে।
- প্রিমিয়াম আর লাইফটাইমে বানানো ভিডিও বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা যায়।
- মাসিক, ৬ মাস আর বাৎসরিক প্ল্যান গুগল প্লে → সাবস্ক্রিপশন থেকে বাতিল না করা পর্যন্ত নিজে নিজে রিনিউ হয়। টাকা দেওয়া মেয়াদ শেষ পর্যন্ত প্রিমিয়াম চালু থাকে।
- ৩ বছর আর লাইফটাইম প্ল্যান এককালীন কেনা, রিনিউ হয় না।
- পেমেন্টের আগে অ্যাপে দাম দেখানো হয়; নতুন কেনার জন্য দাম বদলাতে পারে।
- রিফান্ড গুগল প্লে-র রিফান্ড নীতি অনুযায়ী।
- লাইফটাইমে মাসিক AI সীমা আছে, যা অ্যাপে দেখানো হয়।
৫. AI ফিচার
AI ফিচার আপনার বেছে নেওয়া প্রোভাইডার আর কী ব্যবহার করে। সেই প্রোভাইডারের নিজের শর্ত ও খরচ প্রযোজ্য। AI ভুল করতে পারে; পাবলিশের আগে এডিট দেখে নিন।
৬. সেবার প্রাপ্যতা
অ্যাপ চালু রাখতে আমরা চেষ্টা করি, তবে সবসময় চালু বা ত্রুটিমুক্ত থাকবে এমন নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না। সময়ের সাথে ফিচার বদলাতে পারে।
৭. অ্যাকাউন্ট
এই শর্ত ভাঙলে আমরা অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্লক করতে পারি। আপনি যেকোনো সময় অ্যাপ থেকে বা অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট পেজ থেকে অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করতে পারবেন।
৮. দায়
অ্যাপটা "যেমন আছে" সেভাবে দেওয়া হয়। আইনের সীমার মধ্যে, হারানো ডেটা বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির দায় আমাদের নয়। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ রেকর্ডিংয়ের ব্যাকআপ রাখুন।
